Global IT Con LLC ("GlobalITCon", "we", "us") provides IT staffing, recruitment, consulting and technology services. This website is for general information, inquiries and candidate submissions. Separate written agreements govern client engagements.

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when sending an inquiry, application or resume. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading materials or interfere with website operation.
3. Candidates and recruitment
Submitting a resume or application authorizes us to consider the information for recruiting and, as described in our Privacy Policy, share relevant professional information with potential clients, employers and authorized recruiting service providers. Applying does not guarantee an interview, assignment, placement or employment.
4. Communication and optional SMS consent
We may respond to your inquiry or application through appropriate channels. If you separately check the optional SMS consent box, you also agree to receive Global IT Con LLC recruitment-related text messages, such as job opportunities, interview arrangements, application status and assignment updates, at the number you provide.

- SMS consent is voluntary and not a condition of applying, placement, employment or obtaining services.

Withdrawing SMS consent will not prevent you from applying for opportunities. Any SMS services are subject to applicable messaging rules and availability.
