When you submit a resume or contact us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, location, professional experience, qualifications, resume, LinkedIn profile, message and role preferences. We also record the version, date and choices for website consent acknowledgments.

2. Why we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate candidates, identify suitable opportunities, communicate recruitment updates, provide client services, operate our website and comply with legal obligations. We do not guarantee placement or contact for every application.

3. Who may receive information

Candidate profiles may be shared with prospective hiring clients, employers and authorized recruiting or technology providers where reasonably necessary for recruitment and subject to applicable law. We do not sell or share your mobile messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging vendors may process it only to provide communications for us.

4. SMS preferences

Recruitment SMS is optional. Checking the separate SMS box is not required to apply. If opted in, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also email info@globalitcon.com about your communication preferences.

5. Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable measures to limit access to candidate details and consent records to authorized personnel. We retain data for recruitment, recordkeeping and legal needs only for as long as reasonably necessary. The appropriate retention period depends on the purpose and applicable law. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed risk free.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing us, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may decline optional SMS messages or withdraw a previously given opt-in without affecting an application.

Third-party sites linked from our website have their own privacy policies. We may update this notice by posting a revised version and updating its effective date.
